Air Injection Control Valve: Service and Repair

Electric Air Control Valve:

REMOVAL

1. Remove negative battery cable.
2. Remove air outlet hoses from valve.
3. Remove adapter.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors and vacuum hoses from valve.
5. Remove control valve.

INSTALLATION

1. Install control valve.
2. Re-connect electrical connectors and vacuum hoses to valve.
3. Install adapter.
4. Re-connect air hoses to valve.
5. Re-connect negative battery cable.
