Test D: Fuel Signal Test

With the Ignition Switch in RUN, press the SET and SYSTEMS CHECK buttons on the Driver Information Center/Electronic Compass Display at the same time. The display will show: AABB CDE. Observe position "AA". The number represents amount of fuel in fuel tank in percent. Compare this number to the Fuel Gauge reading.
^ If the figures agree, check for a poor connection. If OK, replace the Driver Information Center/Electronic Compass Display.
^ If the figures do not agree, check the PPL (30) wire for an open. If OK, check for a poor connection. If OK, replace the Driver Information Center/Electronic Compass Display.
