Troubleshooting Hints - With Lamp Monitor
TURN LIGHTS1. Check the TURN Fuse by visual inspection.
2. If Turn Lights on one side do not work but all Hazard Lights work, replace the Turn/Hazard Switch.
3. If the Turn Lights stay on (do not flash) in both TURN LEFT and TURN RIGHT, check CKT 16 for a short to battery. If OK, replace the Turn Flasher.
4. If only one light does not light, check bulb, socket and related wiring.
STOP LIGHTS
1. Check the STOP Fuse by visual inspection.
2. If no Stop Lights work, check the Brake Switch and ORN (140) wire for continuity.
3. If the Stop Lights do not turn off, adjust/replace the Brake Switch as necessary.
4. If only one light does not light, check bulb, socket and related wiring.
HAZARD LIGHTS
1. Check the HZD Fuse by visual inspection.
2. If Hazard Lights on one side do not operate but all of the Turn Lights work, replace the Turn/Hazard Switch Assembly.
3. If Hazard Lights do not turn off, replace the Turn/Hazard Switch Assembly.
4. If Hazard Lights stay on (do not flash), replace Hazard Flasher.
PARK/MARKER/TAIL/LICENSE LIGHTS
1. If Outer Park, Center Park and Front and Rear Side Marker Lights do not operate, check TL 1 Fuse by visual inspection. If fuse is OK, check BRN (9) wire for an open.
2. If Tail, Rear Center Marker, and License lights do not operate, check TL 2 Fuse by visual inspection. If Fuse is OK, check BRN (9) wire for an open.
3. If only one light does not operate, check bulb, socket and related wiring for an open.
