TEST DESCRIPTION
Numbers below refer to circled numbers on diagnostic chart.

1. If there are any codes present, those codes must be diagnosed and repaired first. the 4T60E transaxle will default to 3rd gear if Codes 21, 22, 24, 53, or 55 are present.
2. Checks the first gear switch status.
3. Verifies change in first gear switch status.
4. Check the fourth gear switch status.
