Backup Lamp: Description and Operation

With the Ignition Switch in RUN, BULB TEST or START, voltage is applied through TURN B/U Fuse to the Transaxle Position Switch (Automatic Transaxle) or to the Back Up Lights Switch (Manual Transaxle). Whenever the gear selector lever is shifted to REVERSE, the switch closes and voltage is applied to the Back Up Lights.
