EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL:

1. Remove fuel rail.
2. EGR vacuum tube.
3. Bolts.
2. EGR valve from manifold.
INSTALLATION:

1. Install EGR and new gasket.
2. Tighten the long bolt first to 18 N-m (14 lb. ft.)
3. Vacuum line to valve.
3. Fuel rail.
