Vehicle Emission Recall Proof of Correction Certificate

(CALIFORNIA ONLY):

When an emission campaign is completed, California dealers MUST give the vehicle owner a certificate to present to the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) when renewing vehicle registration. Without this certificate, the owner may be unable to renew vehicle registration, causing customer dissatisfaction.
