Please include this to campaign bulletin 93-C-7.

Product safety campaign 93-C-07, supersedes and cancels previous product safety campaign 92-C-08, 1992 Sunbirds - Damaged Accelerator Control Cables.

Campaign 92-C-08 will be deleted from VISS and from the corporate warranty files as of Credit Cycle # 351.

Any vehicle that had the new throttle cable, part number 22593227 or 22593226 installed under campaign 92-C-08, will be deleted from campaign 93-C-07.

Pontiac will be sending a second owner letter to the owners of the vehicles that were involved in campaign 92-C-08 to explain to them that it is necessary to have campaign 93-C-07 completed. Also, a second owner letter will be sent to those owners who had the correct part previously installed to let them know that their vehicle was already properly fixed and they should not have received the letter for campaign 93-C-O7.
