Fig. 12 Exploded View Of Oil Pump Assembly:

1. Drain oil from pump, then remove suction pipe and screen assembly.
2. Remove oil pump cover and gears, Fig. 12.
3. Carefully remove pressure regulator valve plug or cotter pin, then the valve spring and valve.
