AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

Removal

1. Disconnect three wire harness connector.
2. Pull clip from transmission connection.
3. Disconnect speedo cable from VSS.
4. Remove speedo gear from VSS.

Installation

1. Install speedo gear to VSS.
2. Connect speedo cable to VSS.
3. Pull clip to transmission connection.
4. Disconnect three wire harness connector.

MANUAL TRANSMISSION

Removal

1. Disconnect three wire harness connector.
2. Disconnect speedo cable from VSS.
3. Remove VSS from transmission connection.

Installation

1. Install VSS to transmission connection.
2. Connect speedo cable to VSS.
3. Connect three wire harness connector.
