Assemble

* Drive shaft bearing to drive shaft.

A. Using a press, install the drive shaft bearing to the drive shaft (Figure 11).

B. Using a feeler gage, measure the drive shaft bearing-to-drive shaft shoulder clearance (Figure 10). The clearance must be equal to the measurement taken prior to drive shaft bearing removal.
