Interior Lamps

When a door is opened or the Head/Park Light Switch is operated, a ground path is provided to light the Footwell, Door, and Header Courtesy Lights and the Door Warning Lights.
The Front Door Flood Lights come with the Head/Park Light Switch at HEAD or PARK. Voltage is also applied to the Engine Compartment Light. It lights when its switch closes, providing a ground path.
The Console Shifts Lights come on with the Ignition Switch in RUN. Voltage is also applied at all times to the Cigar Lighters and the I/P Compartment Light. It lights when the I/P Compartment is opened, closing its switch and providing a ground path.
The Luggage Compartment Light comes on when the Luggage Compartment Lid is opened, closing its switch and providing a ground path.
The Vanity Mirror Lights come on when the visor is lowered, closing its cover switch.
The Rail and Dome/Reading Lights come on when the respective switch is closed, providing a path to ground.
