Programmer Assembly & Temperature Valve Link:

Yellow Two-Way Passenger SIR Harness Connector:

Remove or Disconnect

^ Disable SIR system.
1. IP assembly.
2. Temperature valve link rod from air mix valve actuator.
3. Electrical and vacuum connectors.
4. Programmer screws and programmer.

Adjust
^ Temperature valve link rod after installation.

Install or Connect

1. Programmer and mounting screws.

Tighten
^ Screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb. in.).

2. Electrical and vacuum connectors.
3. Temperature valve link rod to air mix valve.
4. IP assembly.
^ Enable SIR system.
