Troubleshooting Hints

1. Check I/P Fuse Block Fuse 12 by visual inspection.
2. Check I/P Fuse Block Fuse 17 by operating rear defogger.
3. Check that the ELC Height Sensor connector is properly secured.
4. Check that the link is properly secured to the Actuator Arm and that the Actuator Arm is not bent or damaged.
