Horn: Description and Operation

Operation
Battery voltage is applied at all times to the horn relay at terminal L. When a horn switch is pressed, it provides a ground to the horn relay coil. The Horn Relay contacts close, applying battery voltage to the horns. The horns continue to sound until the horn switch is released.
