Condensation Collects on Instrument Panel Cluster Hood During High Humidity

Condition
Some owners may comment on condensation collecting on instrument panel cluster hood during high humidity and temperature, with A/C on high and window open.
Cause
Instrument panel cluster hood has air passed through right side of vehicle to left side of vehicle through a venting system built into the instrument panel cluster hood. Condensation forms from cold A/C air passing through a warm hood.
Correction
Install a new instrument panel cluster hood which is wrapped with an insulated vinyl. This new hood will improve the condensation condition.
1. Remove driver side air deflector by pulling gently rearward.
2. Carefully pry upward with rocking motion on left and right retainer clips on instrument panel cluster hood. Hood attached with 7 retainer clips.
3. Install new instrument panel cluster hood, P/N 22658420.
