Troubleshooting Hints - Lumbar Seats

[!] Important:

^ To avoid misdiagnosis, inspect pneumatic lines for pinched, broken or disconnected conditions which would result in system failure.

1. If none of the Lumbar Seat functions operate, check the CTSY Fuse and the PWR ACC Circuit Breaker.
2. Check that the connectors to the LH and RH Seat Solenoid Valve Assemblies are mated correctly.
3. If the CTSY Fuse blows when a particular function is selected, check for a shorted diode in the associated Seat Solenoid Valve Assembly.

^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
