Troubleshooting Hints - Base Cluster

1. Check INDIC Fuse by visual inspection. If open, check CKT 39 for a short to ground.
2. Check CLUST Fuse by visual inspection. If open, check CKT 750 for a short to ground.
3. Check the indicator bulbs.
4. If Instrument Cluster is totally or partially inoperative, check CKT 39 and CKT 750 for an open at Instrument Cluster Connector terminals "D5" and "D1O".
5. Check that grounds G103, G119 and G322 are clean and tight.

^ For Instrument Cluster removal and replacement procedures.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
