Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)

Digital EGR Valve:

Digital EGR Valve Assembly:

REMOVAL:

- Remove electrical connector at solenoid.
- Remove two base flange bolts and EGR.

INSTALLATION:

- Install EGR and flange bolts finger tight.
- Tighten the long bolt first to 15 Nm (11 ft lb). Then, tighten the short bolt to 15 Nm (11 ft lb). Repeat sequence to 30 Nm (22 ft lb).
- Re-connect electrical connector at solenoid.
