Bleeder Valves

Fig. 75 Powermaster III, Exploded View:

1. Depressurize Powermaster III, refer to MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE/DEPRESSURIZING POWERMASTER III.
2. Remove bleeder valves (4), Fig. 75. Clean valves in denatured alcohol, then dry with compressed air. Do not use lubricated compressed air.
3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque bleeder valve to 40-90 inch lbs.
b. Bleed Powermaster III as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE/POWERMASTER III BLEEDING.
