Instrument Cluster Replacement

Fig. 8 Instrument Cluster. Sunbird:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove four screws attaching instrument cluster trim plate to instrument panel, then pull trim plate outward to remove.
3. Remove four screws attaching instrument cluster to instrument panel, Fig. 8.
4. Remove steering column cover, then remove instrument cluster from instrument panel.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque instrument cluster attaching bolts to 12 inch lbs.
