A new locking wheel lug nut key required for each vehicle involved will
be mailed to owners of record and involved dealers by General Motors on
a no charge basis.

If additional locking wheel lug nut keys are required, they may be
obtained by providing the involved vehicle's VIN and contacting General
Motors by fax at 905-644-1563.

Credit for the campaign work performed will be paid upon receipt of a
properly completed campaign claim card or DCS transmission in
