This bulletin is being issued to inform technicians of a revision to the electric cooling fan control circuit diagnosis charts C-12A and C-12B. When the diagnostic procedure calls for the technician to command "A10" (VIN P) or "D11" (VIN J) ON with the scan tool, the technician should use the "BOTH" command.
