Oil Pump: Service and Repair

Oil Pump Drive Assembly:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Oil pan and baffle as outlined under Oil Pan / Service and Repair.
2. Oil pump bolt then the oil pump and driveshaft extension.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
3. Shaft extension on oil pump, engage shaft extension into drive gear.
4. Tighten oil pump bolt to 54 Nm (40 ft lbs).
5. Install oil pan and baffle.
