Light Bar Assembly (STE):

Headlamp Assembly:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Open hood.
2. Headlamp bulb access covers.
3. Center light bar assembly.
4. Pull light bar outward.
5. Electrical connector from headlamp assembly.
6. Sidemarker lamp assembly retaining screws.
7. Pull sidemarker lamp assembly outward.
8. Four bolts/screws (two at bottom rear of assembly and two at top rear; behind the assembly).
9. Assembly (you may need to loosen the fascia bolts in the center, to pull the fascia forward enough to get the assembly out).
10. Electrical connectors from "peanut" bulb.

Install or Connect

1. Electrical connectors to "peanut" bulb.
2. Assembly.
3. Four bolts/screws.

Tighten
^ Bolts/screws to 10 N.m (89 lb. in.).

4. Sidemarker lamp assembly.
5. Sidemarker lamp assembly retaining screws.

Tighten
^ Screws to 2 N.m (18 lb. in.).

6. Electrical connector to headlamp.
7. Center light bar assembly.
8. Headlamp bulb access covers.
9. Close hood.
