Troubleshooting Hints - Interior Lights Dimming

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS:
1. Check the EXT LP Fuse by turning the Headlight Switch to "PARK" and observing that the Park Lights come on.
2. If none of the Instrument Panel lights come on and the Tail LPS Fuse is OK, check the INST LPS Fuse.
3. If only one Instrument Panel light does not come on, check bulb, connections, and related wiring for an open.

^ Check for broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check (refer to "General Troubleshooting Procedures,"). Diagnostic Aids
