AIR MIX VALVE ACTUATOR FOR ELECTRONIC A/C (C68)

Remove or Disconnect

-Disable SIR system. Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming

1. Instrument Panel I/P assembly. Service and Repair

2. Temperature valve link rod.

3. Electrical connector.

4. Air mix actuator screws and actuator.

-Adjust temperature valve link rod after installation, refer to "Temperature Valve Link Adjustment" Adjustments


Install or Connect

1. Air mix valve actuator and mounting screws.

2. Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb.in.).

3. Electrical connector.

4. Temperature valve link rod.

5. Instrument Panel I/P assembly.

-Enable SIR system. Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
