1. Throttle linkage incorrectly adjusted.
2. 2-4 servo assembly apply pin cut or damaged.
3. 2-4 servo cover retaining ring missing or incorrectly installed.
4. Fourth apply piston damaged or incorrectly installed.
5. 2-4 servo inner housing damaged or incorrectly installed.
6. Governor weights binding.
7. Governor valve stuck.
8. Throttle valve, 3-2 control valve or TV modulated downshift valve stuck.
9. TV sleeve turned in bore.
10. 4-3 sequence valve body channel blocked.
11. No. 5 check ball missing from valve body.
