Backup Lamp: Description and Operation

With the Ignition Switch in "RUN," "BULB TEST" or "START," voltage is applied from the TURN-B/U Fuse to the Park/Neutral Position Switch (Automatic) or Back Up Lamps Switch (Manual). With the Transaxle in "REVERSE," voltage is applied to the LH and RH Back Up Lamps, which are permanently grounded. When voltage is applied to CKT 24, the Back Up Lamps are on.
