A new service part number, P/N 1999280, horn assembly, has been issued specifically for the 1995-96 J-Body vehicles. DO NOT use the former service part number, P/N 10456327, for the 1995-96 J-Body vehicles.

The new part has two coats of paint which adds protection against internal corrosion. The new part also can be attached with a self tapping screw for easier installation. The old part number will still be available for other General Motors vehicles, but should no longer be used on the above listed vehicles.

Parts are expected to be available on November 20, 1995.
