Ignition Coil Replacement

Electronic Ignition Control Module And Coils:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
^ Electronic ignition control module.

DISASSEMBLE
1. Ignition coil bolts/screws (22).
2. Ignition coil (18) and seal (19) from ignition control module (20).
3. Ignition control module (20) from ignition control module bracket (21), if necessary.

ASSEMBLE
1. Ignition control module (20) to ignition control module bracket (21), if removed.
2. Ignition coil seal (19) and coil (18) to ignition control module (20).
3. Ignition coil bolts/screws (22).
Tighten
^ Ignition coil bolts/screws (22) to 4.5 Nm (40 lb. in.).

INSTALL OR CONNECT
^ Electronic ignition control module.
