Component Locations

ABS VI consists of a conventional hydraulic brake system plus antilock components. The conventional brake system includes a vacuum power booster, master cylinder, front disc brakes, rear drum brakes, interconnecting hydraulic brake lines, low fluid sensor, and a red BRAKE warning lamp. The ABS components include a hydraulic modulator/master cylinder assembly, an Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM), an Electronic Brake Control Relay, four wheel speed sensors, interconnecting wiring and associated indicator lamps.
