Replacing Lines/Fittings

Before removing, installing or working near any electrical unit(s), refer to the "Caution".

Before any work is performed on the A/C system, review the precautions on handling refrigerant (R-134a) along with the refrigerant recovery procedures.

Sealing caps should be removed from subassemblies just before making final connections. Always use new O-rings or sealing washers when assembling joints or installing switches.

Use a second wrench to hold part of the connection so that a solid feel can be obtained when tightening joints.
