1997 Pontiac Grand Prix with 3.8L Engine (VINs 1, K - RPOs L36, L67)
This bulletin is being issued to inform technicians of a revision to the Diagnostic Table for DTC P1652 - Fan 2 Relay Control Circuit. Step 2 should read as follows:
1. Turn OFF the Ignition Switch. Disconnect the PCM.
2. Turn ON the Ignition Switch.
3. Using J 39200 Digital Multimeter (DMM), measure the voltage between the high speed fans control circuit and ground. Is the voltage near the specified value?
