Oil Pump Specifications

The oil pump assembly has a selective rotor, vane and slide components. These components are chosen based on pump body dimensions. Oil pump body, rotor, vane and slide components are available in four size classifications (1, 2, 3 and 4) with the following tolerances:

Rotor, vanes, and slide must be chosen in the same size classification to match the oil pump body. Allowable rotor, vane and slide end play to the oil pump body are as follows:
