Diagnostic Tape Error Indicator

The error codes "E##" that may appear are listed as follows:
1. E10 - Cassette tight tape
2. E11 - Cassette tape broken
3. E13 - Communication problem

Upon detection of a tape playback error either during initialization of the tape, which occurs after or during playback, the appropriate reactions will take place.

The cassette unit will attempt to work around the detected error and if unsuccessful, will eject the tape and switch to tuner mode with last selected band and station displayed with "E##" for 5 seconds. Following this display will be the frequency for 5 seconds, followed by TOD.
