Door Locks

If the Transmitter Unlock Button is pressed once, it will turn on its output at connector C1 terminal "A."

When the Transmitter Unlock Button is pressed once, the driver's door will be unlocked. The RFA Module receives the transmitted signal and activates it's output at connector C1 terminal "E." This applies battery voltage directly to the LH front Door Lock Motor which is grounded through the Door Lock Relay.

Pushing the Unlock Button twice within 5 seconds results in the RFA Module activating its output at Connector C1 terminal "A" and "B." The driver's door motor is driven directly by the RFA Module as described above, and the Unlock Relay in the Door Lock Relay Assembly is energized, causing the passengers doors to unlock.

Pushing the Lock Button results in the RFA Module activating its output at Connector C 1 terminal "R." This energizes the Lock Relay in the Door Lock Relay and locks the doors. The driver's door is grounded through the RFA Module when locking.
