Traction Control Switch: Description and Operation

A momentary switch is used to allow the operator to turn the ETS OFF and ON. The momentary ETS OFF switch is located within the gear shifter. The ETS OFF switch is an input to the electronic Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). The ETS OFF switch position information is sent to the EBCM via the serial data link from the IPC.
