87. Exhaust Crossover Installation

1. Install the exhaust crossover pipe seal to the exhaust crossover pipe at the right exhaust manifold connection.
2. Install the exhaust crossover.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the exhaust crossover studs to the right exhaust manifold.
- Tighten the studs to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the exhaust crossover bolts to the left exhaust manifold.
- Tighten the bolts to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).





5. Install the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield.
6. Install the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield nuts.
- Tighten the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
