Linear Shift - Assemble

Assembly Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the linear shift assembly and secure using 3 flat head 6 lobed socket tap screws.
Tighten the 3 flat head 6 lobed socket tap screws to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
2. Install the electrical BTSI actuator assembly only. Refer to Automatic Transmission Shift Lock Control - Assemble - Off Vehicle.
3. Install the shift lever assembly. Refer to Shift Lever - Assemble - Off Vehicle.
