Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bucket seat.




2. Remove the seat back (1) from the seat cushion frame (3).




3. For vehicles with a manual seat, remove the seat adjuster track. For vehicles with a power seat, remove the seat adjuster mechanism (1,4) from the seat cushion frame. Refer to Manual Seat Adjuster Mechanism Replacement.




4. Remove the J-retainers (1) from the seat cushion frame (3).
5. Remove the cover (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat cover (2) to the cushion.
Cap the front and rear corners of the cover over the cushion and regulate to a desired appearance.
2. Connect the J-retainers (1) to the seat cushion frame (3).




3. For vehicles with a manual seat, install the seat adjuster track. For vehicles with a power seat, install the seat adjuster mechanism (1,4) to the seat cushion frame. Refer to Manual Seat Adjuster Mechanism Replacement.




4. Install the seat back (1) to the seat cushion frame (3).
5. Install the front bucket seat.
