Rear Window Reveal Molding Replacement

Tools Required
* A utility knife or razor knife
* J 25070 Heat Gun

Removal Procedure






Caution: When working with any type of glass or sheet metal with exposed or rough edges, wear approved safety glasses and gloves in order to reduce the chance of personal injury.

1. Place the razor knife flat on the glass under the edge of the lace.
2. Cut the top of the molding.
3. Place the razor knife along the glass edge, pointing toward the bonding flange.
4. Cut the vertical portion of the molding.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the long portion of the molding (1) goes to the rear.
2. Install the wider portion of the molding (1) goes to the inside.
3. Once the molding is on the glass, apply heat to the molding to achieve a better fit.
