Check Gauges

The CHECK GAGES indicator lamp alerts the driver to inspect the instrument cluster gauges when any of the following abnormalities are detected:
^ The coolant temperature is too high.
^ The generator voltage is too high.
^ The generator voltage is too low.
^ The oil pressure is too low.

The indicator lamp also comes on for about one second after the ignition is placed into the BULB TEST position.
