Temperature Control Cable ReplacementREMOVAL PROCEDURE
IMPORTANT: Note the routing position of the cable in order to make installation easier.
1. Disconnect the temperature control cable (6) at the heater case (1).
2. Remove the heater control unit (5).
3. Disconnect the temperature control cable at the heater control unit.
4. Remove the temperature control cable from the instrument panel (IP).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the temperature control cable (6) in the vehicle. Correctly route the cable.
2. Connect the temperature control cable to the heater control unit (5).
3. Install the heater control unit to the IP.
4. Connect the temperature control cable to the heater case.
5. Adjust the temperature control cable. Refer to Temperature Control Cable Adjustment. Temperature Control Cable Adjustment
