IP Air Outlet Ducts Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (IP).
2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel:
^ The 3 screws
^ The defroster nozzle (13)
^ The left demister ducts (16)
^ The right demister ducts (4)
3. Remove the 1 screw and the 3-piece center vent duct (14) as an assembly from the instrument panel.
4. Disassemble the left (15) and the right (5) vent ducts from the center vent duct (if necessary).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Assemble the left and right vent ducts to the center vent duct (if necessary).
2. Install the center vent duct assembly to the IP.
Secure the assembly with the 1 screw.
3. Install the following components to the IP:
Secure the components with the 3 screws.
^ The defroster nozzle (13)
^ The left side demister duct (16)
^ The right side demister duct (4)
4. Install the IP.
