Turn Lamps

When the ignition switch in the ON/START positions, the back fuse applies voltage through the normally closed contacts of the hazard switch, to the turn relay. The turn relay is grounded through the junction block at G203. The turn relay contains a solid state timer/relay. When the turn signal switch is in the left or the right turn position, the solid state timer/relay receives a ground signal through the corresponding turn lamps. When the timer/relay receives this signal, voltage is applied through the turn relay and the turn signal switch to the corresponding front and rear turn lamps and turn indicator. The left and right front and rear turn lamps are all permanently grounded. Depending on the turn signal switch position (left or right position), the appropriate turn lamps and turn indicator will flash for approximately 80-90 times per minute.
