EVAP Canister Surge Tank Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Loosen the 2 clamps on the two EVAP canister surge tank vacuum hoses.
2. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the EVAP canister surge tank.




3. Remove the 2 screws from the EVAP canister surge tank bracket.
4. Remove the EVAP canister surge tank.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the EVAP canister surge tank to the bracket on the intake manifold.
2. Secure the EVAP canister surge tank with the 2 screws.




3. Connect the two vacuum hoses to the EVAP canister surge tank.
4. Secure the 2 vacuum hoses with the 2 clamps.
