One of the following conditions may cause the horn to sound constantly:
^ Sticking relay contacts in the relay
^ Sticking relay contacts in the horn pad
^ Wiring shorted to ground

Any of the above conditions cause burned (open) windings on most horns. Before you replace a horn with an open winding, ensure that none of the above conditions exist. If any of the above conditions exist, the horn windings will burn open again.
