Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the screws that secure the fuel tank filler pipe housing to the fuel tank filler neck.
2. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe housing by disengaging the 3 retaining lugs from the quarter panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel tank filler pipe housing. Fully engage the 3 retaining lugs.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the screws in order to secure the fuel tank filler pipe housing to the fuel tank filler neck.

Tighten the tank fuel filler pipe housing screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
