Headlining Trim Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure

The one-piece formed headliner consists of a molded substrate that is covered with a foam-backed cloth facing. Attach the headliner through installing the related hardware.

1. Remove the center pillar upper trim panel.
2. Remove the windshield side upper garnish moldings.
3. Remove the coat hooks.
4. Remove the roof rail assist handles.
5. Remove the sunshades.




6. Remove the dome lamp (1).
7. Remove the rear quarter upper trim panels.




8. Disconnect the wire harness connectors from the headliner.
9. Remove the rear retainers from the headliner.
10. Remove the headliner from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the headliner to the vehicle.
2. Install the rear retainer to the headliner.
3. Connect the wire harness connectors to the headliner.
4. Install the rear quarter upper trim panels.




5. Install the dome lamp (1).
6. Install the sunshades.
7. Install the roof rail assist handles.
8. Install the coat hooks.
9. Install the windshield side upper garnish moldings.
10. Install the center pillar upper trim panel.
